How we handle your information

When you take a test

We record your score, which questions you got right or wrong, and the difficulty you reached. This is stored with a random code for your browser. It does not include your name, email or phone number. We use it to see which scams fool people most, so we can make better trainings.

If you sign up for inbox tests

We store the email address you give us and link it to your test scores. We send one ordinary email asking you to confirm, and no tests until you do. We record whether you click the link in a test email. Reply STOP to any email from us and the tests end.

If you sign in to keep your scores

We store your email address, your test results, your difficulty level and which questions you have seen, so they are there next time and on your other devices. Signing in uses a code we email you. There is no password.

If you ask for news of new trainings

We store your email address and use it only to tell you when a new training is ready.

What we never do

• We never ask for money, a password, or a card or account number.
• We never sell or share your email address.
• We never use a real person's or a real company's name in a test email.
